Designed Neoboard — an AI dashboard with smart documentation linking, task guidance, and a chatbot that escalates to human experts. 80% of usability test participants reported satisfaction with the final prototype.

My happiest projects are the ones where the research actually changes the roadmap, where the PRD is short because the prototype is sharp, and where the team is small enough that everyone can still keep the whole problem in their head.
Outside of work, I read too much design criticism, try to cook something I've never made once a week, and am slowly learning to draw.
