Portfolio

Product manager working at the intersection of research, design & strategy.

I turn user signals into products that ship — and products that ship into systems that compound. Previously at AWS, Huffy, and a handful of studios in between.

SAFEst: personalized safety navigation for Midtown Atlanta.

Design Lead Team of 3 Mobile

32% of Midtown residents arrived from outside the city in 2022, yet navigation apps ignore safety entirely. Researched 5 safety dimensions — lighting, crime, pedestrian traffic, gender, and houselessness — then designed a routing app with personalized preferences, real-time community reports, and friend location sharing.

Led competitive analysis, diagnosed gaps in Instagram video content and SEO, and built an omnichannel strategy targeting motorsports-adjacent demographics segmented by state e-bike regulations.

A few things about how I work.

I grew up in UX research and learned to speak fluent engineer along the way. That's the short version. The longer version is that I care about the whole arc — from the first user interview to the metrics we watch a month after launch.

My happiest projects are the ones where the research actually changes the roadmap, where the PRD is short because the prototype is sharp, and where the team is small enough that everyone can still keep the whole problem in their head.

Outside of work, I read too much design criticism, try to cook something I've never made once a week, and am slowly learning to draw.
